Majed S. Mansour – Board Advisor, Yeomans Executive

Majed is a senior executive with an extensive career in corporate finance, strategic corporate development and private equity. His career reflects leadership roles as Board Member of a family office advisory firm in the GCC, Board Member of an oil and gas infrastructure contracting and supply company based in Kuwait, Board Member of a UK-based investment company, Non-Executive Director of a private equity and corporate finance advisory firm and Director of the Falcon Group with offices in Buenos Aires, Zurich and Bahrain.

As co-founder and Managing Director of Falcon Group, a boutique investment firm focused on family office clients, Majed was instrumental in coordinating the development and implementation of business turnaround strategies, executing and structuring acquisitions and divestments on behalf of clients and family groups and managing post-acquisition portfolios.

Sherina Mohammed – Board Advisor, Yeomans Executive

Sherina Hosein Mohammed has over 25 years of experience in a variety of sectors in the areas of business development and investment and in the last fifteen years her career has spanned from investment banking in the Caribbean to Executive Leadership of companies based in the UAE.

Over the last nine years she was involved with a project development group that originated in Miami USA whose vision was to build Universities and schools in Africa. Following this she held the Executive position for various companies established by the group in the UAE. Previous to her career endeavors into investment banking, she spent ten years in Operations and Corporate Services in the manufacturing sectors as well as environmental and waste management sectors. She had the opportunity to serve on State National Board (Regulatory Industries Commission), as well as private sector Board (Dunross Preparatory School) and Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturer’s Association. Sherina holds an MBA from Lincoln University.
