We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the Human Resources function of a leading investment bank based in Dubai. The CHRO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies that attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with the bank’s strategic goals.

This role requires a forward-thinking leader with deep knowledge of both global HR practices and regional employment regulations, as well as a strong understanding of the financial services landscape in the UAE and broader GCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Define and lead the bank’s human capital strategy to support business growth and operational excellence across regional and international offices.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on people, culture, and organizational design.

HR Technology & Data Analytics

  • Leverage HRIS and digital solutions to streamline processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on key HR KPIs and workforce analytics to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a financial services or investment banking environment.
  • Proven track record of leading HR functions in high-growth, high-performance, and regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, DIFC employment regulations (if relevant), and international HR best practices.
  • Experience working in multicultural, multinational environments—ideally across the MENA region and beyond.
  • HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a strong advantage.

The Longevity and Wellness Director is responsible for overseeing the strategic development, implementation, and management of programs and services that promote long-term health, wellness, and longevity. This role combines leadership in wellness initiatives with a focus on innovative practices that enhance the quality of life for individuals and communities. The Director will work closely with healthcare professionals, wellness coaches, nutritionists, and other stakeholders to create an integrated approach to wellness that addresses physical, mental, and emotional health.

Strategic Planning and Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive longevity and wellness strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Identify emerging trends in longevity and wellness, integrating them into program offerings.
  • Establish partnerships with healthcare providers, wellness experts, and community organizations.

Program Management:

  • Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of wellness programs, workshops, and events.
  • Ensure that programs are evidence-based, culturally competent, and tailored to meet the needs of diverse populations.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage a multidisciplinary team of wellness professionals,

Research and Evaluation

  • Stay informed about the latest research in longevity and wellness, applying findings to program development.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify community health challenges and
    opportunities for intervention.
  • Evaluate program outcomes and impact, using metrics to guide continuous improvement.

Policy Development

  • Advocate for policies that support health and wellness initiatives at local, state, and national levels.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with health and wellness standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in public health, health promotion, wellness
    management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in wellness program management, health promotion, or a related area, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a leading construction and real estate development company based in Dubai. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy, overseeing fiscal performance, and ensuring financial compliance across all areas of the business—including project financing, cost control, capital planning, and risk management.
This role requires a commercially astute finance leader with deep industry experience in large-scale construction and property development, strong knowledge of the GCC market, and a track record of driving profitability and financial resilience in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Advise the CEO and Board on key financial decisions, investment opportunities, and capital structuring.
  • Provide financial leadership during strategic planning, M&A, joint ventures, and project evaluations.

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Analysis
