Meet Our Team

Russell Yeomans – Managing Director & Chairman
Russell is a Chartered Accountant and prior to joining the executive recruitment business in 1990 he was a Finance Director with an International Manufacturing business and a Management Consultant with KPMG. Over the last 24 years Russell has built successful global recruitment businesses for Hudson in Asia and Reed globally before settling in Dubai to work with Derwent Executive. During his time with Hudson, Russell was instrumental in organically building a US35m executive recruitment business across 8 countries in Asia over a 6 year period. During that time his Hong Kong business was voted employer of the year, a significant achievement for Russell.
Russell moved to Dubai with Reed in 2010 responsible for their International Operations (Europe MENA and Asia Pacific) and in that time he helped Reed organically grow the business from a £7m net income business in 2010 to £16m (230% growth) in 2012, set up 4 new countries and become a genuine employer of choice in the senior search and selection global market. His search focus is in the CEO and CFO space which he understands well, bringing a truly global perspective to the talent evaluation process.

Oliver Mitchell – General Manager & Partner
Oliver is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 12 years of experience delivering tailored talent solutions across the UK and the GCC. Oliver specializes in recruiting across multiple sectors including Construction & Development, Banking & Finance, Engineering, Real Estate, and Industrial & Manufacturing—supporting organisations with Senior, Mid-Level, and Junior hires.
Oliver began his career in the competitive UK market, where he built a solid foundation in full-cycle recruitment and developed a strong understanding of client and candidate needs. Two years ago, Oliver relocated to the UAE to expand his regional expertise and have since continued to deliver high-impact recruitment strategies in dynamic and fast-growing markets. Oliver’s track record of recruiting has been highly successful, supporting multiple ‘BIG 4’ organizations, banks & developers in the UAE.
Oliver is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities, and he prides himself on building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and results.

James Yeomans – Business Development & Research
James, originally from Buckinghamshire, England, is a former professional golfer who had the opportunity to travel the world competing on various tours, including the Asian Tour, MENA Tour, and EuroPro Tour.
Having now lived in Dubai for the past 11 years, James has built a strong and diverse network in the region through his experience in recruitment, financial software, and events management.
Leveraging golf as a powerful networking tool, James transitioned into event management and now oversees more than 70 events annually across the UAE helping promote the Yeomans Executive brand. These events include corporate golf days, conferences, summits and networking luncheons. He plays a key role in securing sponsorships and ensuring each event is delivered to the highest professional standards.

Sally-Ann Kennard – Principle Consultant
Sally-Ann has over 15 years in Agency account management with Saatchi & Saatchi, Young & Rubicam, h2O digital and Client-side marketing as well as 10 years in executive search and selection (digital and creative communications sector) across the Asia Pacific, European and Middle East regions with leading firms; Morgan & Banks (now TMP worldwide), SB Associates & 6W Agency. This combination provides her with great insight and understanding of many industries and specific roles within the advertising, marketing, creative, digital & social media sectors and knowledge of the challenges faced in hiring the very best talent. She has a wealth of HR solutions experience which can help drive and refine internal communications and HR processes adding value and impacting on the Clients bottom-line.

Neil Mitchell – Board Advisor & Partner
Neil Mitchell is a Fellow of the RICS with more than 30 years’ experience in the engineering, construction and infrastructure industries. He has a wealth of commercial and contractual management experience gained from working on complex oil and gas, aviation and power generation mega projects in Middle East and Europe.
Neil has been based in Abu Dhabi since 2014. He has led commissions that were very technical and complex as well as schemes of national importance. Advising on claims and contractual matters for these major projects in difficult and testing environments.
His portfolio includes some of the world’s most high profile and prestigious projects including Abu Dhabi Midfield Terminal, ZAKUM UZ750 Oilfield, The Queen’s Building Heathrow, Terminal 5 Heathrow and The National Museum of Qatar. Neil has also worked on the Umm Al Houl Combined Cycle Power Plant in Qatar and the MIRFA Independent Water and Power Project in the UAE.
He commenced his professional career in the United Kingdom initially working in private practice then joining a major contractor. He has provided the full range of pre and post-contract quantity and project management services for Clients.
In 2014, Neil relocated to Abu Dhabi to work for a consultancy specialising in providing project contract administration and preparation of extension of time and quantum claims for both contractors and employers.
